Deckorators Sleeper System

Deckorators' sleeper "joist" system was designed with their low-expansion Surestone material to be used as a sleeper joist over an EPDM roof or concrete patio.

Because their mineral-based material doesn't warp or shrink like wood does, this system will stay much flatter and requires less bracing than a treated wood sleeper setup.

1-1/2"x1-1/2" sticks, can be installed with tan or gray side up to coordinate with the decking color.

2-1/4" or shorter screws are recommended for installing decking, so that screws don't contact material beneath the sleeper.
