Refund policy

RETURNS:

Any products returned must be returned within 60 days, clean and in re-sellable condition.

If products are not returned by the customer to the Pro Deck warehouse, shipping/freight for returned items will be charged or credited to the return receipt.

 Restock fees will apply to all returned items.

  • Stock items: Minimum 5% restock fee
  • Non-stock items: generally NO returns on non-stock items, email or call for more details.
    • If accepted, customer must return in original packaging.
    • 25% minimum restock fee for non-stock items
    • Freight/shipping fees for returning to vendor must be paid by customer

 

"Stock" items include:

  • Azek adhesives
  • Dexerdry rolls and tools
  • Most Cortex and Pro-Plug fasteners (Azek, Azek Trim, Clubhouse, Fiberon, Timbertech, Trex, Wolf)
  • Simpson 1-5/8" trim head fascia screws
  • Concealoc hidden fasteners
  • Sideloc screws and tools
  • Most Camo clips, screws, and tools
  • Bronze Star CCTX lag screws
  • Ultralox post kits and railing panels: 5', 6', 7', 8'  in black, bronze, or white
  • Ultralox standard railing posts
  • Azek Frontier white or PaintPro sheetstock in sizes: 8"/12"/15" widths and 4'/8'/12' lengths
  • G-Tape and Protecto joist tape
  • Toploc fasteners
  • Standard sizes of our Select Cut treated 2x10, 2x12, and 6x6

 

Non-stock items include:

  • Treated LVLs
  • Timbertech Dryspace parts
  • TimberTech Legacy, Prime, Prime+, and Terrain variegated colors
  • Azek Harvest and Vintage collections
  • Azek Max and Multi-Width decking
  • Azek Frontier trimboards
  • Westbury railing systems
  • Dekpro railing panels, posts, and balusters
  • Most lighting items
  • Starborn decking fasteners for metal
  • Some Cortex plugs and fasteners
  • TimberTech railing systems
  • Ipe decking
  • Trex railing items
  • DekPro railing systems
  • RailFX Cable railing systems
  • TimberTech Terrain solid color square edge decking
  • TimberTech Reserve decking/fascia

 

Based on how these products are ordered/shipped, we will NOT be able to take returns on:

  • Materials that have been cut, screwed into, glued, or previously used.
  • Damaged materials
  • Clearance items
  • Discontinued items
  • Any orders of items  "special ordered" from the manufacturer that they do not normally manufacture
  • Larger bulk orders of stock items
  • Azek moulding and beadboard
  • Custom-cut PWT LVLs
  • Clubhouse decking
  • Fiberon decking, fascia, fasteners, and railing
  • Trex decking, fascia, and railing
  • Wolf decking and fascia
  • Westech (Brock) decking and fasteners
  • Starborn Cap-Tor and Headcote fasteners
  • Wild Hog Railing
  • Feeney Cable Railing parts
  • Fortress Railing and parts
  • Ultralox Glass railing parts
  • Inside Out Underdecking
  • Custom powder-coated items
  • Custom painted fascia
  • All other items not listed in "Stock Items" or "Non-Stock Items" lists above
