Cable Pre-Tensioner Tool

Tool used to grip and pre-tighten horizontal cable sections, by pulling the cable through the posts towards the pull-lock fitting.

Works well to remove the bulk of cable slack before cutting cable lengths, so the last few inches of tightening is most effective. 

To use, insert it against the second to last post, between the second-to last post and the last post, then clamp down on the cable with the locking pliers. The bolt-style tightener can then be tightened with a socket wrench to pull the gripped cable through the second-to-last post.
