Westbury Screen Rail Frame Rails

1-1/4"x2" rails for top and bottom of screen frame perimeter. Frame rail will not be needed for the bottom if a screen rail panel with balusters is being used, since the bottom rail for the panel doubles as the screen perimeter rail.
