Each panel comes assembled with pickets and rails in place. Just trim to fit, mount with hardware, and place rail covers on to conceal mounting hardware.

Includes necessary mounting hardware for installing to post or wall, as well as Victorian top snap and rectangular bottom snap (does not include posts).
