TrueFrame 2x10 Improved Treated Lumber

TrueFrame lumber is standard lumber with an enhanced treatment and milled edges for easier, flatter, and more precise framing.

0.15 MCA ground contact treatment is enhanced to add structural strength, allowing joists and beams to span up to 13% further.

Milled edges make the joist widths uniform and flat for consistent sizing and easier setting of joist hangers. Trueframe 2x10s have a true size of 1.5"x9".

When using boards for spans longer than standard SYP can span, boards will have a marking on the side that proves that they are "Trueframe" joists, for inspector verification. You can find that span chart here.
