These add-on post bases can be inserted into a 3-way post to allow it to be surface-mounted onto a deck surface or a concrete footing. 

The base is welded to a 24" long square insert that fits inside the fence post, and the base can be mounted to the surface with anchors or lag screws, depending on the surface.

Does not include a skirt or mounting screws.
