Paint-on alternative to joist tape, for coating the tops of joists, stringers, and blocking for a water-resistant seal over wood framing.. 

Dries in about 20 minutes, and is a full moisture barrier in 24 hours.

Available in 1-gallon buckets, which covers approximately 450 linear feet of 2x framing.

Can be applied with a heavy nap roller, or a standard bristle paint brush.
