Top, middle, and bottom rail kit used with Barrette privacy panels and posts for a full height privacy wall, up to 6' wide. 

Just add privacy-panel posts to have a full system for decking or tongue-and-groove infill. 

For decorative screen infill, add privacy-panel posts AND panel adapter kit.

Does NOT include posts/verticals to mount to deck surface, or screen adapter.
