Structural rails for top/bottom/sides, and adapters to use Barrette privacy panel with a standard Avalon 36" high railing section. 

Includes parts for a 3' tall by 6' wide privacy rail panel, just add a top rail.

ONLY compatible with 0.3" screen panel infills, NOT compatible with 1" vinyl interlocking panels.

Does NOT include top rail cover.
