22mm Forstner Bit for Starborn Structural Screws

Use this Forstner bit with the Stop Collar (not included) to pre-drill holes in OC Structural Lumber for a pluggable fastener option. Using pluggable fasteners on OC Structural provides a clean, seamless appearance, ideal when building a deck where the woodgrain of the OC lumber is a visible "finished" surface.

This bit has a unique replaceable tip, so that the pilot hole for the screw shank and the recess for the plug and screw head can be drilled simultaneously.
