Collection: Composite Fascia

Composite fascia and riser boards are used to cover deck framing, posts, and are used as riser boards to cover the gaps between each step. Composite fascia usually requires a wider head screw, with a special counterboring/drilling bit so the head sits flush and the fascia is allowed to expand and contract.

Not all fascia has a colored or capped backside, so some painting may be desired.

Composite fascia is more difficult to install, especially as a post wrap, because each fastener requires pre-drilling, and if it's been ripped or trimmed, the differently-colored filler material will be exposed.
