Structural Fasteners

Structural fasteners are used to secure framing pieces together when the joint type and access to the intersection doesn't need a connector. Fastening blocking, ledgers, railing posts, and temporary bracing are some of the most common needs for structural fasteners. They are not designed for appearance, and should not be used to fasten decking or fascia.
